Our Real Estate segment, Vail Resorts Development Company, holds, develops, buys and sells real estate in and around our resort communities.

Vail Resorts announced a new Epic Season Pass on Tuesday, March 18 - a $579 season pass valid for unlimited, unrestricted skiing for the 2008-2009 season at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly and Arapahoe Basin. Colorado and Summit pass programs will be announced on April 2, 2008.
