News ReleasesMedia Contact(s): WOMEN'S SUPER SUNDAY TELEMARK WORKSHOP FEB. 3 - 01 January, 2008 WOMEN’S SUPER SUNDAY TELEMARK SKI WORKSHOP AT BEAVER CREEK FEBRUARY 3 Beaver Creek, Colo.—Jan. 31, 2008—Warm up for Sunday’s game with the Women’s Super Sunday telemark ski workshop offered on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 3. A relaxed and supportive learning environment is offered for women of all ages and abilities, from first-timers to experts. Instruction will be provided by the Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School and participants will concentrate on technique andmovement analysis. Ride the telemark wave with addition free-heel instruction offered throughout the winter including “Tele Tuesday” social ski clubs offered each Tuesday in Beaver Creek. Additional telemark workshops for men and women are scheduled for Feb. 23 and March 8. A specialty kids-only workshop will be offered on Feb. 24 with instruction from renowned instructor “Tele Ned”. Workshops run from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Participants should meet at the Beaver Creek Nordic Center at 8:30 a.m. (with the exception of the Feb. 23 workshop to be held in Vail). Price is $79 per person for the workshop lesson only. Lift ticket and lesson is available for $140 per person. Discounted telemark equipment rentals are available for participants. Beaver Creek recorded its snowiest December and January since 1996 and is reporting 234 inches of snowfall to date this season.
