DESTINATION DINING: Spago, the flagship restaurant of master chef Wolfgang Puck and the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, opened at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in December 2007. The menu features Spago’s classics from over the years as well as new signature dishes locally inspired by the surrounding environment. ☼ A post-golf lunch at one of Red Sky Golf Club’s two eateries, Silver Sage and Summer Thyme, is about to become a bit more decadent. Executive chef Tim McCaw of Zach’s Cabin will now welcome diners to Red Sky throughout the summer season.
